Time Standards for 2010

USA Swimming uses a series of time standards to determine a swimmer's eligibility for different meets. Listed below are the time standards that will be used this season.

What is the difference between Short Course(SC) and Long Course(LC)?
Some pools have lengths of 25 yards (short course) and some have lengths of 50 meters (long course).

When reviewing for times that will qualify your swimmer at the A, B, or C level, be sure to note if you are looking at short course or long course information.
