About the Team
Gold
Gold is made up of experienced swimmers, mostly high school age with a continued emphasis on technique, while introducing different training methods.
Silver
Silver is made up of intermediate swimmers who usually have 2 or more years of competitive experience. An emphasis on proper stroke mechanics and refining technique is stressed.
Bronze
Bronze is made up of the newest and youngest members just beginning organized swimming, or still gaining strength and technique. Swimmers joining the Bronze group should be able to swim 50 yards.
